Burned tips on one but not other...

One of my month old plants have some of the tips burned, including the newest smallest leaves, the thing is my other plant doesn';t have this and they're both in the same grow box...any reason why?

Yeah they are. On the one with the burned tips, the first set of leaves look as though they're going to fall off. They are turning purple and light green. I'm thinking it might be some sort of phosphorous deficiency. Might this be a disease that's affecting the new leaves. It might have been heat stress from where they were previosuly. I'm going to give it a few days and see if they recover in the new box.

most indica plants are more sensitive to light than sativa's... so if you have two that are crossbreed, but one has more sativa in it, it will be stronger against light than the one that is more indica. thats bcuz sativa's are grown outdoors and by nature have "light barriers" encoded in their genes where as indicas are mostly grown indoors so they dont have as much resistance to light.

this same thing happened to me...

I cant understand why it happened to one of my plants but not the other 3 either, my guess is that each plant is as unique as each human, and ones skin might be more sensitive than another, so each one needs to be treated individually, like humans... but if you keep the lights at least 3"-4" away and give them a nice flush they will make a speedy recovery..

I'm gonna pick up some more water tomorrow to give them a good flush. The top two inches of the new pot got dry as hell in just a day or two under these lights and fans, but the temps read about 75 now. Just checking, but when you flush you pour approx. 3 times as much water as the container holds, or is that just for a nute flush. Thanks for the help fellas.

Don't flush soil unless it's nessecary, get us a picture before you consider it to be nute burn... bottom leafs die out often, especially under poor lighting conditions. flushing soil can create worse problems..

Well, I know I have a combination of nute and heat stress damage to the leaves. The tip of one leaf is brown and the other is grey/silver looking. I'm not sure what the deal is with the baby leaves. All I have is cell phone pics, so they're not the best of quality. There are 3...the first is the healthy one, 2 and 3 are of the third one with the light off and on.
