What kind of set-up, nutrients and strain do you have?
I have white walls, fan for air, three 20 watt T12 plant and aquarium grow lights and six plants grown off of bag seeds.. i was spraying them lightly with water and i thought maybe the condensation of that was burning them becaus eon two of my plants they have two tiny white spots. they are turning a lighter color green though? also i am not using any nutes and i have perfect mix potting soil as the soil? any advice.

You don't want to spray your leaves with any moisture when dealing with indoor ever...probably why your burning them up. If your using fluoros I suggest searching "ODNO" on yahoo and converting your balasts.

You will eventually need more lighting also. That lighting set-up currently my able to flower MAYBE 2 plants. Get some 27w 6500k CFL's for veg and 23w 2700k for flowering. The cool thing about a CFL grow is you can kinda buy as you go. Good Luck and start thinking about nutrients because nutrients in your soil are usually watered out by the 2nd week.
