Bumps on stem

Hey all,
I found these little bumps on the main stem and I cannot tell what they are/if they're bad.
Can someone please take a look at the pic and maybe help me out with some advice and/or what I should do if anything.
Thank you in advance.

Do you use silica? Mine look like that after I feed them tons of it

Ya, Silica will do that as well but I mostly see it on plants under fans or good amounts of wind. Its just the plant strengthening the node for flowers or repairs from heavier winds/fans etc. Kinda the same principle behind the knuckle that will develop when you pinch/fold a stem and the plant repairs itself.
