Ok so I dont know the terminoligy but I gave my plants nutw burn, my younger plant 24 days old lost 2 leaves. the very first set that comes in right after the clover looking leaves? I had to cut them off roberta they were soo bad that they were crumbling. the first set of tru leafs have dark brown spots along the edges. No more nutes they were doing fine before I gave them the nutes. so I flushed them with water last night and Am hoping for the best. I wish I had Pixs of the spots. there are no bugs and they arent overwatered so its either nute burn or soo much light I moved Shorty and Roberta away from the lights. last night then tonight I moved them back a little closer cause their leafs seem to be streching twoard the lights. oh boy look at me blabing on do I have all my basis covered?

If the leaves are stretching towards the lights then its probably nute burn.
Bummer!

well they have 4 sets of true leafs, but yes I doo agree way too early for nutes but I was under the assumption that 3 weeks was a good time to start nutes, and I diluted it way down from the called for dose, like half of a half of a dose? will Roberta survive? what about Shorty???

I know how you feel. I just got some new nutes, and read the label wrong. Nute burn on 6 budding girls. I feel your pain. Are you going to hold off on the nutes for a few weeks? Or just a couple of waterings?

I am going to hold off for a while I think the soil has nutes in it already that may be why they were doing so well in the first place. I feel like a neglectfull parent:cry: my babies will make it through this I know it.

Its easy to tell the people that are going to be growers because they truly have love and compassion for their babies. You'll be a good grower. You're not a neglectful mother...just a new and learning one.
You should find out what your soil has in it. I use miracle grow soil and it has nutes in it and all my plants have been fine. I just don't add any other nutes until 2 weeks into flowering.quote=maryjbaby07;336318]I am going to hold off for a while I think the soil has nutes in it already that may be why they were doing so well in the first place.
