Just spray the branches you dont want pollenated with water and then spray the ones you pollenate to deactivate the remaining pollen after you paint a few larf nugs. Pollen doesnt work after it is wet, the pollen does its job very quickly and if you have a small amount on a small paintbrush and a spray bottle you can control it.
