Thought this was interesting. The bulb I use, apollo, would compare to the maxlume. I'm planning tobuy the hortilux for next round.

Good idea.The tests were done with presumably new bulbs. I think it is equally, if not more important to see what the bulbs put out after, say, 1k hours.
Where was the info for the apollo? Thanks for the link above. It is cool info.I think replacing bulbs every grow is a good idea if you can. I would agree the 1000 hour test is just as important if not more.
Well the point of the video experiment was to show that the $25 bulb doesn't work as well as the $65-$75 hortilux.shit..... I buy $25 mh bulbs and get great results... the exact same bulb at the local grow store is $85...what you guys pay for 1 bulb.. I get 4![]()
