im tending to agree with the nutrient problem tho pretty hard to tell with those pics, (or problem with nutrients in soil as you say you haven't fed them) unless your camera can make leaf tips change colour.
I wouldn't worry about the light too much, tho i would replace it when possible.
My first grow was under a 35watt floro warehouse fitting that seemed to put out as much light as the flashlight on my phone. . . still got me stoned (somehow).
P.s. my neck hurts, consider rotating photos in the future if you can.

Probably, just make sure you keep the lights about 4" or so from plants.
Biobizz all mix does have nutes, organic, and some think it is too hot for young plants. Just be careful not to over water.

Markob....you should be using mostly 6500k with some 5000k and/or 2700K during the veg stage.... then use mostly 2700k with some 5000k and/or 6500k for the flower stage

Markob... You seem to not like the answers to your light question, and then you answer your own question, when you say you need to get more...
So, give me the answer you want to hear, and then I will respond with the answer you want.
So your lights are OK for now, as long as you keep them as close to plants as possible... Oh wait, that was already said...
Do what ever you wantto do...except, maybe worry just a bit less...

You can tell from the surface of the single leaflet leaves (color, gloss, burn) that they are receiving too much N.
Your leaves should be soft on top and feel moist at this age.
