Building Own Economy Grow Box

Hey RIU members, I have been looking at the Economy grow box and i have been wondering if 1,300 is a fair price for one of these. On the other hand, I am currently researching how to construct my own economy grow box, that is similar to this one.. http://www.homegrown-hydroponics.com/ecgrboxbecug.html

I would like to see some peoples ideas for structure, costs for parts needed, and how to put it all together to make my own 9 plant system. Would like to get this started as soon as possible. I am very new to making one of these, i have never tried something similar, so i will need all the help i can get! Thanks

you can make one for cheaper and be more proud of it.

Just one thing is the Fans intake and outake they should be around 200 cfms if not more.

A newbie my self still, when i got all my fans i didnt even know about the cfm so i have tons of fans instead of just a few good ones with a hight cfm number.

Do you homework there are tons of great ideas and info on here.

Plan to spend all day on this web site or at least a few hours a day for a week before you plan on doing anything, trust me this will save you later.

So grab piece of paper, pen, and your bong. Read and take notes

I have been searching this web site for ideas and i really would like to make this happen i just need help getting started. like what i will need to have a good 9-10 plant system thats rather small and confined. What kind of lights, and other tips that will help my box succeed.

thinking about making my own box, 2'x3'x45" with a hyrdoflora 11 plant system with some cfl's would that be a good start??

just need help with this thats alll.. what kinda lights would be best for this grow box design?? i want to use cfl's, so what wattage, and how many for 11 plants in a 2x3x45" box????
