I would like to build red strips for the (Eod) emerson effect. I found some I think will work well. 
. I have a 5x9 canopy. Im new to led's and have never built a light yet. My question is how many strips do I need? My thought is 2 16" strips in parallel per 36" heatsink. Then a total of 4- 36" heatsinks with 8 total strips.
