building a new setup. Let me know what u think

now here are some of the particulars
room is 198 sqf 11x18 its a section of the basement away from the mechanics

My plan is to split the room so there is 101 sqf flower room thats maybe 8ft high. Its going to be shaped like an L because of pipes. That leaves 97 sqf for the veg areaThere is also a drain pipe that cuts through the room that is connected through basement floor. The rest of the space will be veg and working area. A sink will be plumbed into that drain pipe. There really isn't anywhere to vent out or bring air in so I'm thinking a sealed room with co2. Its going to be perpetual 6-8 under each 1000
Not worried about vegging right of the bat as I am relocating an existing op so things are ready to just transfer under the lights.

I have 3 1000 watt lights with adjust a wings
1 12" vortex 12 1170cfm fan
1 6" can fan 435cfm
1 4" can fan 180 cfm
Assorted t5's and cfls for veg
ez cloner
Media canna coco in 7 gal smart pots
nutes canna cogr ab, cannazym, pk, boost, and neptunes harvest seaweed
co2 tank and regulator ( just need to get a monitor)

I'm thinking the 12" fan is going to be a scrubber with the 4" being the intake to the flower room and the 6" the outake of the flower room. Now this is all going to be recirulated into the veg room and back into the flower.

things I need to buy

co2 monitor
temp/ humidity regulator for the outtake of the flower room w? co2 shutoff
ac 3500btus per 1000 watts right? I think
filter for the 12" fan

recap
11x18 sealed room
flower room 101 sqf 808 cubic feet
veg room 98 sqf 784 cubic feet
canna nutes and coco media 7 gal smart pots

The veg area has to double as working space ie drying, getting water ready, transplanting etc. You know what has to happen.

anyway heres the questions
What do you think? It could work or no?
Am I missing anything? If so what?
Does anybody know any good deals on the things i have to buy?
