1) look online at retailers that deliver to your country and try to do a comparison on price.
2) yes. The adjust a wing is a better grade of aluminium, with a better light footprint. However the Dutch barn reflector you posted is still a cost effective reflector that will work.
3) hard to say for sure. But air conditioning and dehumidification will be required. Approx 5k btu AC for every 1000w light. Dehumidifier approx 20L extraction rate per 4 plants, with humidistat set to around 40%.
4) IMO this should all be done with a hydro system. 120 plants roughly being hand watered is gonna be a tough job. Where as filling and mixing a couple of reservoirs is gonna be easier.
5) what are the dimensions of the room to be used? Then I could come up with some extraction numbers etc.

3 years in a tent and now you wanna join the big boys....best advice at this stage ,,,Hire a consultant, with no criminal record with at least a degree in Hort. and 5 years experience,
...................as a 'new' pro why would you have reflectors when the dutch showed all and sundry the effectiveness of cool tubes ...? and should you be in the UK either move to Spain or get a very good lawyer ....lol
