I need some suggestions.
I have 11 liter bato buckets, I ran them with 2 to 3 inches of clay pebbles in the bottom and the rest filled with coco.
I decided to give running 6x6x6 rockwool cubes a try, i am going to stick them in the bato buckets. I will probably keep the 2 to 3 inches of clay pebbles on the bottom because it helps keep the other medium from clogging the drain.
So i need to fill out the rest of the bucket. I am considering coco, vermiculite, perlite, potting soil, more clay pebbles or some combo of any of the above.
The 6x6x6 cubes will fill out a good bit of the bucket, but there will be space around it and below it that needs another type of growth medium.
Also, am i suppose to remove the wrapper on these, or cut slashes in them or just leave them be?
