Build a soil diy soil kit

So I’m wondering if anyone has ordered this it’s a decent price except shipping is crazy I usually buy separate ingredients for my no till but my local shop shut down and it’s getting difficult to source some of these items at a reasonable price. So question is can I source these elsewhere online for cheaper or just order here I need 400 gallons 2 sets is enough but with shipping it’s 1200
