Without being more specific as to what sort of little fly it is, all I can suggest is a general pesticide. Make a tobacco infusion and spray it heavily on the plants at night (or whenever you have the lights off). Providing it isn't in flowering yet, I'd also be tempted to add soap pods (which contain saponin) into the infusion. If it is in flower, stick to the nicotine poison as it won't effect the taste. Keep it organic and happy growing!

this is my first grow so im new at this can u tell me where can i get the tobacco infusion or how do i make it??

Get yourself one of those plant misters, fill with warm water and throw in a fair bit of rolling tobacco. Nicotine is water soluble so let it steep for a few hours, heck just leave it in there. 1% nicotine solution retains it's effectiveness for up to 30 days whereas 5% does so for months.

sounds like ngats, they lay eggs in ur rockwool and feed on your roots, use dutch master zone and top feed with it and theyll be gone in a few days
