bugs??

i'm wondering what it is!!! i have over 12 plants flowering and since the begining i have a plant that's just wicked... all the leaves are white or kinda weird since the begining of it's life. now every day when i go check em this damn plant has sort of like spider web or somethin and the buds instead of growing from little hairs to a bud it started has a little hard bud and its getting bigger and still hard as the begining. its wicked. look th"ey're four week old!

maybe my plant turned out beein a mutation or somethin but for real it doesnt look healty and still never went close from dying nor nothing
