I just found I want to say it's a earwig correct me if I'm wrong in my grow tent I think it was just random I don't see any damage should I be concerned do they lay eggs in the soil

I think you should be fine. Just keep and eye on things..if you want lay down some yellow sticky traps around the tent
 
Earwig for sure. My house is getting overrun with them because of the dry heat wave they are searching for water anywhere. Lots of light and air movement is the way to deter them. Ive killed probably 200-300 of the cocksuckers in the past week in my house, i have yet to see one in the tent (its quite bright and lots of air movement, not their ideal environment. Ive also got a bunch of sticky bug traps coming from amazon just in case.
