Bugs or nute deficiencie

Hey y’all woke up this am and inspected my gurls and this is what I’m dealing with any ideas on ? It could be

The one on the right might have a slight nutrient deficiency, but the tips of the leaves look like there might even be a tiny bit of nute burn.

The spots are probably spider mite damage, so I would spray Neem oil on them since they're in vegetative growth right now. I don't recommend it or other oil based insecticides during flowering.

Spinosad is another one that's tried and true with no toxicity to vertebrates. It's widely available, inexpensive, and effective. Just be aware that if bees frequent your plants it will work on them as well.
