Bugs in the soil

Spray some risen on them, its organic.

I got the same prob with the gnat flys. Probably gonna pick up some neem oil based spray tomorrow for it.

Does the neem oil completely kill them? because I've controlled the gnats with

Garden safe Fruit & Veg Bug killer 2 big bowls of water, and fly paper but I've still had the problem since March.

and if it does completely kill them. Where can I get it?

There is a brand of neem oil called Einstein Oil. BGHydro sells it. Alot of hydro shops carry it.
