bugs help!

ok i came home and watered my plant a couple minutes later i noticed something in one of the buckets it looked like carbination and i looked closer and it looked like a bunch of lil white or tan bugs jumping around im not sure if this is just something in the soil or if i have a much worse problem?? does anyone know what i should do or what it is???? +REP

sounds gross. Azamax soil drench will kill and prevent soil-born larvae. So will predatory nematodes.
