Bug Problems

I went with a friend of mine to check his plants today and found they where eaten by bugs. I took some pics not the best but hope some one can give me some advice. Also we found little black hairy caterpillars i think.

...get some neem oil.

Neem oil concentrate from Lowe's. Before sun down, spray all surfaces of leaves and top of dirt/soil with 5% neem. Use a dash of dish soap with the mixture to help neem mix with water (about 1 TBSP per quart). Rub in spray in hard to reach areas. Repeat for 4 days. (make sure to do it as sun/ light source going away otherwise you will fry leaves.)
