Bug problem during flower

So I’ve just noticed and confirmed ive got bugs I. One of my rooms on my plants during flower, I’m going to order something to look closer at them but I definitely know I have bugs now. (any recommendations on equipment to look at them?)

I’ve attached pictures of them however they are not clear. Anyone able to identify them by the damage atleast?

Another thing I’ve noticed is a dried water looking substance on my plant leaves if that helps.

look under the leaf and see if you see any little fuckers moving around

i use bug begone on a normal schedule. the plants dont like it if you use to heavy a dose. try not to spray the buds but get under the leaves.

it only last on the plant for a week or two. looks like thrips

Thrips..they are pretty easy to control get some blue sticky traps and some spinosad like captain jacks dead bug

i like to use it weekly during veg, up to start of the second week of flower . I find the plants dont like it very much but it kills the bugs.

I see thanks for the advice guys, not really finding any of the brands which you guys have suggested in my area.
