Yes I do.
Based on the shape that is a thrips larvae.
Based on the silvery scratch marks on the second pic it’s confirmed as thrips.

anything with spinosad will help you out.

Having a hard time identifying this bug here plants are growing well and not affected at lest to me they are seedlings w about 3 nodes and I see them sometimes not a lot of them but when I water sometimes they come up I thought rove beetle but today I got a better picture of them is it friend or foe? They are on both pots 1g thanks

That one looks more like a rove beetle. There are multiple species of them. But here's a common one. I have these guys. I tried uploading the video, but it was too big. Does it stick its tail in the air kinda like a scorpion sometimes when it moves?

I was gonna say scorpion but I uploaded video or pic the tail is veed odd bronze or copper stripe on its back. Though that looks like the on I have yours seem to either be more adult or just bigger mine are blacker but yes resemble them well are they good?.......... mine however are blacker shinier and w the stripe @PadawanWarrior thanks I’ve been waiting for a reply and what do u think

@PadawanWarrior well damn! After looking at each pic I sent to u I would say that the tail is in the air when it walks lol......tooting that thing up there interesting info in the beetle here

Yep. Like I said, there are many different species. They're a beneficial insect. They'll eat the bugs we don't want.
