Bug identification assistance

So, heres a couple pictures, its been very wet and rainy lately, and im having these lttle red fly looking bugs eating my plants theres a picture of the bug and damge, feel like they could be aphids but would like another opinion and heres my g13 cut, just starting to flower only been outside 2 months and dealt with a drastic uprooting and emergency re-planting any tips, ideas, consructive criticism is appreciated.

You may wana post the area your in cause I've personally never come across or seen those thankfully since there hurting your plants .....and your sure there the cause of the munch marks .....also I say give your rough area so if someone is in that general area they may have already battled these and can help you out with good methods .......good luck

Have you tried to google or look up pests to your particular plant in your area ......looks like you have some good photos I know a few places I can look real quick and if nobody has responded il let you know what I find.....

Try a spinosad product typically leaf eating bugs get merked by this
