Sliverfish . You will also find them in closets and drawers eating round holes in shirts looks like cigarette burns without the burn. found mostly in higher humidity areas with little to no light most cockroach baits will work. npma is a great source

wood lice are also called rolly pollys from when we were kids and made them roll into balls and flicked them. Wood lice are a benneficial insect? Too many legs for that? They eat rot so if you see around outdoors leave em be. Even in your pots.
