Bug I'd please

Anyone recognize this? They are just big enough, say 1/8-1/4", to be easily visible with the nake.

I cannot tell what the blurry thing is but that white thing is a juvenile aphid. It is considerably larger than a mite.

I knew from the size that it probably wasn't a mit . Any good organic products for aphids other than neem? I read that dish soap and cayenne might work.
