budworm help!!!!

hiya all im 2 n half weeks into flowering iv just noteist bud worm im trying to get em all out theirs a good few but not that much mess iv read that ya need to cut off the afected buds but dont really want to do that is their owt i can do iv read about bt spray but cant seem to get it were i live any advise would b good...........

Pick the worms off. Do a quick scan for eggs and try to get those off (they are very small).
