I would say heat stress and over nuted. Those leaves look extremely green for this late into flowering and most tips are burnt.

yeah i agree with slanty looks like way too much N this late and maybe some heat stress as well. but i think genetics has alot to do with it because it sort of looks like those crazy landrace strains you see being farmed in super rural places like in that episode of strain hunters where they went to find malawi gold it sort of looks like that and thats what entire crops look like so my guess is a combo package happened.
