Finally getting this years thread up. I got off to a slow start and only started 5 seeds. 3 Candy Kush auto, and 2 Skunk Haze regulars. Planted the autos 5/13 and the skunks 5/17. I do the soak overnight and plant method, always seems to work out just fine.
The autos are already starting to flower but they are still pretty small. And the Skunks look like they are going to get pretty big. Too bad I cant use my spot out in the jungle. The landowners know I'm there and have been looking for my spots for 2 years now.
Since I've switched over to edibles my stash lasts me way, way longer. What used to last me 6 weeks max is lasting up to 24 weeks. I'm not getting stoned nearly as often but its easier to hold back until the end of the day when doing the edibles. (Less habitual that smoking).
Anyways here's a few shots of my 5 babes. 2 autos in the bed, one in the back pot, then the 2 skunks in the front pots. I've been just using maxsea for ferts and captain jacks for bug control.

Good to finally make this thread!!

Speaking of edibles...I ran about 6lbs of trim from a fellow growers O.D. harvest, took alot of time to seperate all the twigs and fan leaf, than hand crush the rest so the dry ice makes good contact to the weed.
Tried a 120 bag...takes too much time.So went on line and bought a 220micron bag for 15 bucks(this one puts out the kief)this product is best for cooking or coat your buds and smoke it.Not good for dabs.
All in I got 200grams.
Recipe;
measure out 8grams...layout on pan put in oven 220f for 45 minute.
Now take 1oz of coconut oil and mix into kief...place back in oven 220f for 60 minutes
last 15 minutes...add 1 12oz sack of chocolate chips.
If you have no candy molds just pour a table spoon of chocolate on a saucer dish and place in your freezer.
dose is .5gram

I tried bubble bags with water and ice and wasn't the biggest fan. It takes way too long for a small amount. I am perfectly happy with just grinding, decarbing, and into the crock pot for butter. But I would imagine the dry ice method is a little quicker than with water.

A few shots of the babes. Autos are smelling good and putting on some frostiness. And one of the skunk haze looks like tall like a male. Time will tell with those 2. But I'm figuring the autos will be done by the end of august.

A little update. I did get rid of that male a while ago. And the autos are starting to bulk up and they smell amazing. My peppers are starting to take off too. The santa fe grandes have been putting out for a while now (the only ones I've actually eaten so far) and the others are catching up. Even the habaneros are putting out a good amount.

5 shots of the goods, then a hab, golden cayan in a pot, a mystery pepper in a pot (didn't have a tag), and a santa fe.

I like the santa fe nice flavor with no burning of the asshole lol. Tastes so much better than the jalapenos I grew last year.

Happy growing everyone!

Had a dream my plants got ripped off so I had to chop one...According to the 55-75 days from seed they are done. I'm on day 79 so they must be. This one wasn't putting out any new pistils so It was the first nominee. I think the other 2 will be coming down in the next few days.

This one had one moldy nug and a few spots with white mold or mildew. And I did notice a couple of places that should have had a main cola that didn't put out anything. But overall happy with how it turned out. I think here in New England it's good to do a few autos, especially if the rippers come out in the fall.

The pic has a 12" ruler hanging for size reference. Nice dense frosty nuggies. (also got a handful of popcorn not pictured)

Chopped the second auto. Seemed to be a little more weight than the first. I just broke my no smoke rule (all edibles for a while now) and puffed on a tiny mostly dry nug from 2 days ago. It tasted ok for being so fresh and a nice buzz, very nice:eyesmoke:. One more potted auto and then its just the lone Skunk haze still vegging. I'm going to transplant her into the ground in the next couple days...Fuck smoking lol I swear I can feel my blood pressure has gone up. My chest feels like its pounding... It's going to be a couple months but I cant wait to try this in some baked goods. I'm wondering if its better than the stuff I grew last year.

Couple shots of the string. You can tell which is the dryer stuff just by looking at it, and the paper tag in the middle if you cant. And I got a shot of all the popcorn too... With my new slower intake of bud This here would last 8 months at least!

The third and final auto has come down. Just the lone skunk haze out there now. This one was potted so it didn't really branch out like the other 2. trimmed and hung in one piece.

got the one foot ruler for a size reference...Now we sit back and wait for the skunk to grow up.

everyone talks trash on auto's from what i've seen. i think those look great. yeild wise there isnt much there but if you are in a state that isnt as friendly as others, thats a great way to get some killer quick crop. i am definetely going to try some next year! im still waiting on my WW girl to start popping pistils! its gonna be a long season :)

Yearly total 2.4oz.... The skunk turned out to be a male. It would have been huge but I broke off the top half when I tied it down.

My peppers were awesome. and they are putting out a lot right now. I liked them all except the poblanos. The tobasco put out a shitload of peppers, and was super hot. i tried to upload a pic but it wont let me.
It was a good year for growing, I wish it would have been a better nug crop but It will still last a while.

Happy harvests.

Damn its been a while!

Down to the last ounce of those kush autos. But I still have at least an elbow from last year.

I've been going back and forth between smoking and no smoking and I think I'm done with regular smoking forever! Maybe a couple times a year take a puff, but the edibles is my thing. Just the way it kind of creeps up you an hour later. A nice mellow buzz and killer body high that lasts much longer that smoking.
I also noticed that when I started smoking again I could take one puff and be stoned for at least 3 hours. A bowl would last me all day. But soon after that I needed 2, 3 puffs to get my buzz right. By the time I decided to stop smoking again I needed to smoke a whole bowl (4-6 hits) and it would wear off after an hour. And I found it hard to stop. I set a date to stop and went by it, twice. And I think I've mentioned it before, I like to live without coughing up flem in the early morning and feeling like I have a chest cold all winter. Clear lungs feel so much better. ActuallyI think that's a part of why tolerance goes up. Your lungs get clogged up with nasty shit and there is less surface area for the thc to absorb. Always nice to preach the good word haha.
