Buds forming strange

Hi guys has anyone seen bud forming like this
Plant is a auto grown in soil ph always 6.5 Dutch pro nutes temp always around 75 humidity 50

They look pretty dark green with some claw. It looks like they don't like a lot of N.

Can’t really tell from the pictures but maybe there Foxtail I’ve had it happen a few times before picture below is what foxtail looks like

Wispy bud is the result of inadequate lighting. Giving them more npk doesn't make bigger buds; only more wattage does.

Hi all found the answer it because at some point I must have missed a banner because now the bud is seeding so the whole plant will now become bubble hash
