BudRot? light/nute burn?

here is my purplekush, 3rd week in flower. they sit under a 400w HPS, 2 68w 2700k and 4 6500k Cfls.
I raised the hps up some about 10inches from the canopy
I did raise the nute level on the last feeding, ill take it back down on the next
Anybody ever have this before?

Its only on about 3 budsites, the rest of the plant is doing beautifully..

notice in the first pic how bright yellow the leaves are around the bud

The problem is solved now, it was a little light burn, its a lot better now the bud is actually bigger around that area now
