Buddy's Back! 1000W MH/HPS!

Hey RIU! It's been a while... haha

But here is what I'm workin on right now .. there are: 2 Amnesia Auto from VSB, 2 Purple Kush from CKS, 1 White Widow from CKS, 3 Freedom Dream from Dana Larsen and about 5 seeds from my last grow that I'm gonna call VIP! Here's what they looking like right now!

My light set up is: 1000w MH with cool tube, 2 36w 6400k flouros, 1 36w 2700k Flouro, and 2 24w Flouros! I will switch to HPS for flowering!

This is my first grow with HID.. upgraded from CfLs and flouros! And it is also my first time growing any Auto flowering strain so I'm excited to see how it turns out, and I have a lot more seeds to start up after this this is just the beginning!

Pic 1 and 3 are the auto amnesia!

So here are the auto amnesia from The Vancouver Seedbank! Day 30 from the day the sprouted from the rock wool! And like I said this is my first time growing an auto but they seem a bit smaller than what I was expecting for day 30 but they both just started showing their hairs so I'm gonn switch to 1000w HPS bulb and hope they get a bit of size!

What size grow space?

The grow space is about 72x 36 and 43 inches from the glass on the cool tube to the floor!

I just started with my first HID's as well as my first DIY COB to compare. I also just dropped 2 auto's into soil last night to start as my current one is finishing up. I look forward to following along. What are your questions for advice?

Nice! I was more or less just hoping for any tips in general haha which auto strain do you got? And which one are you finishing up? Most of my plants are in hydro as I have never completed a soil grow before.. but I do have a few in there right now in soil, which nutes do you use for your soil grows?

I just switched to no till soil so no nutes to buy anymore lol.

As for the strains I am finishing up a mephisto sour hound F2 and popping an incredible bulk auto and an auto pounder..........

I use Fox farm, it's strong so you don't have to use full strength. And I can pick it up every where, like ace hardware.

Here is a VIP that actually has funky leaves cause I re vegged it..

And I moved most of the soil VIP and freedom dream to a separate room and set up a few veg fluoros and a cfl so they can get a bit bigger before I flower them, and I'm gonna move the purple kush into the veg room today too and add two more lights and make the WW and PK into mothers! Here's few pics


Like I said I know it needs more light in the veg room but so far there is a 125W cfl and two 5ft t5's one of each spectrum!

Interested to see how the freedom dream turns out buddy had a pack and they looked nice but rippers chopped his girls a week before he could. I recently talked to Dana and he said they have hemp genetics in them claiming a strain of hemp used for seed harvesting where as before he said it was their cbd strain. My buddy germed his much later than his others and they all finnished around the same time with almost auto heights..
