skunk funk

Ok so i'm budding my plant and im not sure if i have enough lumens or enough red spectrum or whatever. I'm using cfl's and fluorescent tubes. I have one 24w cfl hanging above with a round reflector. I have a "GE ecolux 20w wide spectrum fluorescent tube" on the side of the plant with a blue wide spectrum bulb that says color temperature 7800k and possibly another couple cfl's. Do plants use blue light at all when in budding stage or only red. Was wondering if should use only cfls with no tubes. The tubes work pretty good for vegging but I've never actually budded a plant before so i don't know how good they'll work when i switch it to 12/12. I'm gonna set up my timer so it can get some sunlight during the day through the window. I'm pretty sure its female, on the 6th node i can see one small round hair coming up behind the stipule. I don't know if its a female preflower or what because its so small. And do females and males grow differently I've heard that males grow taller than females for pollination. Mine's growing very short and bushy with low internode length. I just need some advice about lighting, I want to get a decent sized yield of some good dense indica buds. Any advice is appreciated and ill give you some rep. thanks
