I bought a clone of Buddha's Sister from the club; I had never head of the strain before.

Anyone know anything about it or how it grows? Its my first grow so any suggestions or comments would be great!

thanks

Its a Soma strain, reclining buddha x skunk if Im not mistaken. I' ve grown it from seed, great strain, indica heavy, good yielder. Amazing out of a clean glass, if you've got the real deal you should be happy with the results. Recommend topping along with heavy doses during veg to form a bush.

oma Seeds Buddha's Sister previously called Soma Skunk V+, this variety was renamed Buddha's sister to suit her tendencies and advance her appeal to Amsterdam coffeeshops. What's in a name? Directly after this deliciously good weed acquired a more intriguing name, Buddha's sister regularly sold out at the coffeeshops, and remains one of the best selling weeds available at De Dampkring. This sibling of Siddhartha is tall and lanky. In the cross with Afghani Hawaiian, she has a considerably increased yield, but less sweet taste than her other half, the Reclining Buddha. Buddha's sister has a flavour like a tart cherry candy, and the scent is similarly tart rather than sweet. The cannabis seeds produce buds that have a slippery, silky feel, which means an abundance of greasy resin to make into fantastic hash. Buddha's sister even gives a lot of finger hash that you won't want to wash away after grooming plants. As with all of Soma's varieties, Buddha's sister is medicinal quality cannabis, therapeutic for many conditions. The high is powerful, creative and cerebral in its effects. A mostly indica variety, Buddha's sister tends to make lots of side branches, so she is better to grow as a multi-branch plant instead of in a sea of green. She will still thrive using a sea of green method with some attentiveness. This variety does well hydroponically, but Soma's totally organic soil methods also deliver great results. The more fluffy, loosely packed buds give this plant a resistance to mold while still delivering a pleasing yield.
i have a fem myself as i want to try and breed something cherry flavored. a couple crosses i'd like to make for flavor specifically are with my sour cream x cindy apollo and chocolope if i ever try that, but really, i'd like to make a cherry flavored red haze for a cherrybomb 3.0 as there's already been both an indica and a sativa bearing that name. dr greengenes made the sativa some time before '05

Okay cool! It's my first grow, so I was just wondering How long I should wait to feed her, and when I should start topping if I only want her to get 2 feet tall? It's about five inches now.

Or maybe an easier less stress inducing method to keep it short?

Wants to hack a cherry strain from 1 seed.....................
Good luck dude.
Stop useing the word breed to make yourself look more intresting. You wont flower a plant past week 5 so how do you expect to hack into it

flower it short. With ferts its best to describe growth method, plant ferts and grow room setup. If its soil then you have fert for now
Also might want to have a good read through grow threads and general advise as most of your questions will be answered their.
