Bud structure

I am growing some DNA Chocolope and I would say about 90% of the buds are almost spherical in shape. They are quite heavy and dense as hell but, most bud I have seen or grown is conical in shape. Is this normal? Also, I have one plant that the main cola bud is actually 5 small conical shaped buds that form a crown at the top. I have done nothing at all to these plants and wondered if anyone else had ever seen anything like it?

Ya thats just how some strains grow. There is a bit that the environment can affect but its mainly genetics.

foxtailing? Please enlighten me

edit : so its just the re-vegging of the plant once its in flowering due to light leaks or other plant stress?
