Bud Size Doubles

If nice buds start developing around the 3 1/2 to 4 week period with an 8 week flowering to harvest period and assuming that everything is going very well, when can you expect the buds to double (more or less) in size? Would it be around the 6 1/2 to 7 week period? Or do the buds just grow so slowly that a change is size is not usually noticeable? Thanks.

i notice 2 bursts 3-4 week and 6-7 week but they always are growing.

I appreicate the information growindoobies. When do you stop using fertilizers (do you go by the number of weeks or by hair color)? Do you use a lower setting on the fan once the buds start to develop? Thank you.

i dont change much ever really. only ppm. my fans are turned on when there big enough to take it and left on till there done, same speed. i always flush by number of weeks. i flush for week 8 and watch till the hairs are almost all amber then pull em

Its like a fine wine...You just have to watch for 90 % red hairs. Might be shorter than 8 weeks or could be longer. I start flushing with clearx at around 75% red hairs for 3 days then h20 and molasas with no nutes. Some growers use sweet the last week. ?????
