Bud rot....

so I lost two tops (about 20%) of my plant to bud rot due to caterpillars. Chopped everything off that was infected and kept the rest which is completely free of rot..it’s still ripening and should be done in the next couple
of days..my question is, are the unaffected colas/buds still good to smoke? I plan on giving a h202 wash prior to drying...

Plant will be perfectly fine to smoke if you remove the visibly damaged areas and as you mentionned, when you chop give the trimmed branches a dunk in an h202 filled bucket. Only takes a cup of the 35% to make a tote bath full to wash a big harvest

Do make sure all fans are properly set and won't fall over. When spraying soapy water for aphids or else
