Yes but it's soaked up within a hour I don't have extractor fan on when lights are out will that effect anything bud has gone it was removed straight away I noticed small leaf coming out of the bud which was dying I hardly touched it and it fell off then you could see the mold in a area about the size of a marble

constant airflow with no humidity spikes will prevent that.

i've high humidity in flower before but you won't get bud rot so long as the air is constantly moving and it doesn't skyrocket 5 mins after the lights go out. drop in temps combined with the plants still heavily transpiring = humidity spike (even if your humidity is at 50% now i am almost sure it won't be when you turn the lights and extractor off) this will leave little droplets of water over everything in the grow room, the droplets attract mould and once the infection takes hold it spreads like wildfire, if you found one little spot chances are there are a million lesser ones throughout the canopy which may develop in to full blow botrytis.

harvest asap and dry it as quickly as possible if you wan't any harvest at all, remove all suspect areas and be careful handling it dry as snapping a bud off can send thousands of spores into the air.

Genetics plays a part in resistance to botrytis.

Many will get away with a poorly regulated environment simply because the strain/s they grow have been limited to those with higher resistance to molds and mildews.

If you can get a hold of eagle twenty and dip your entire plant in it it will kill everything but I must warn you eagle twenty has a strong petrol gas smell but works well. I live in Cali and when I get clones I always dip them so as not to bring anything into my indoor grow and it works amazing. Also a nice dose of H2O2 aka hydrogen peroxide always works well and oxygenates the water but is a temporary cure it only last for 24 hours and will kill beneficial bacteria as well.

The best and safest way to avoid and get rid of root rot is Aquashield by Botanicare

grow some mold resistant strain next time if you cant manage to control humidity. instead of trying to control your environment, maybe you can pick the right genetics

Well my other plant is high mold resistant so atleast I got one left no haven't chopped it yet going to inspect every bud now and hope their ok if not she got to come down so frustrating I don't think the humidity was the problem I think it's my fault for not having the extractor and oscillating fan on 247

well you didn't do it any favours but at least you have learned something, i'm sure you won't do it again.
