I ran into it last year but not this early. Horrible.Yep, sucks alot welcome to the club. Lost my plants this year to it. one plant lives but its the worst outdoor season ive ever grown in. west coast got hammered with 250 mm of rain in the past 5 days...
Don't spray your flowers just take the lossAnybody know anything about copper spray? To use it when a plants in flower I mean.
Ty for all input. Yeah I just had to cut off five more nice colas.dude dont spray anything it will be 100% counter productive. Trust me iv made that mistake before just take your losses and learn. You get budrot because of either moisture or worms and if its moisture related spraying anything will just cause more of the plant to flare up...and if its worms ur already f’ed... not even bt can save u at this point cause the worm shit/saliva is already rotting the good buds as we speak...
Either way close one eye and snip that shit off...dont try to salvage anything near it either not risk the health risks
This season is shitty Man im just north of u cross the border and my northern lights got attacked too. I feel your pain totally....My critical plus 2.0 by dinafem is still going no rot surprisingly.. resistant as hell...but its weakness is powder mildew so i been defoliating alot. Very hard to win this year lol lastyear was a beautiful season till the end so cant complain to muchTy for all input. Yeah I just had to cut off five more nice colas.
Good tip, thanks. I'm so disappointed right at this moment but... trying to keep a cool head and figure out what my best options are. I'm seeing more... and it's all on my OG Kush I'm assuming. but it's what I would call an early variety.I sprayed Cease bacillus subtilis last week and barely any rot since. Tossed about an ounce so far on 2 plants before that. I'm Mid-Mitten myself.
Well I looked at that cease bacillus on eBay and it said performs as well as the copper base products. The copper based products are a lot cheaper and I already ordered some from eBay but it will be a few days. both are OMRI listed. Today The Weather Channel said that humidity is 40%, and my indoor barometer says 60%. Either one is lower humidity than I we've had recently, and since 75% of my crop is still out there, I have no choice but to keep kicking. I thought things would work out this year with this early strain at least. Last year I got caught in October when it wouldn't quit raining and humidity was horrendous. I'm high as hell but still crying.I sprayed Cease bacillus subtilis last week and barely any rot since. Tossed about an ounce so far on 2 plants before that. I'm Mid-Mitten myself.
I hope this weather we have today holds up. Past 3 weeks have been a nightmare especially since all the farms around me turn into fields of fog every night then dew before sun up. It gets into the buds worse then rain. Think my biggest help has been the yellow jacket nest 10 feet from the plants eating the caterpillars or I'd be chucking a few zips a day.Well I looked at that cease bacillus on eBay and it said performs as well as the copper base products. I agree, supplies are cheap and Michigan is starting to look like mother nature on vodka. Not sure how long retail grow room suppliers can stay running with such cheap supplies and next day delivery.Yeah, its not fun what so ever. Ill be doing another 4 plants here in the next month after i finish my new indoor room, its so cheap to get your foot in the door now. this wet season has tempted me too much.
Hell with the supplies aspect of indoor. The damn 500 dollar electric bill suck!I agree, supplies are cheap and Michigan is starting to look like mother nature on vodka. Not sure how long retail grow room suppliers can stay running with such cheap supplies and next day delivery.
Plus the wholesalers are all getting hit with huge import taxes at the moment. I would explain why but it would turn into politics if I started talking about trump's trade war with china. Even if the taxes come off they still have a massive stock that they paid a lot of taxes on, so I don't see them cutting retailers many breaks until it gets sold off.
Growing produce indoors doesn't sound too bad either.
Consider it an investment.Hell with the supplies aspect of indoor. The damn 500 dollar electric bill suck!
Like lead pipes?Consider it an investment.
What holy shit? $500? In my last house using a 1200w cob setup a 6 inch carbon filter and fan dehumidifier (just in grow room) plus my heat pump/furnace (3 ton AC) plus other home appliances and I pay under $200 a month for my electric bill. The LEDS I have maybe increased my bill by like $5 a month? maybe......Hell with the supplies aspect of indoor. The damn 500 dollar electric bill suck!
