Bud development pics

Is it possible to make a post that could possibly be stickied that has pictures of buds/plants in different phases of flower development?

A lot of new growers and I’m sure some seasoned could benefit from a visual representation of what we should be seeing and looking for.

It truly helps to hear 2 more weeks but why and what should it look like… I’m just thinking it may decrease the amount of posts asking if it’s ready when all there are is white hairs.

I’m a new grower so I don’t think I have much to contribute. Pic of my latest grow for fun…. It’s not ready lol.

That's incredibly hard, or near impossible to do. If in the event everyone on here dialed in and followed the same regimen, same lights, same environment, hell, and same altitude then it would be possible. Then catalogue it for each strain/ sub strain.

I get it though, I would have LOVED that when I started.

Oh, and nice looking grow man!

You think people actually read the stickies?!? Eh, I gotta assume the site has some tangible benefit from the clicks that come with any new thread. Each one is another opportunity to jump in and participate. Oh, and '2 more weeks'.
I read them lol. I guess that’s why it makes sense to me

I understand what you’re saying but I would think that truly finished flower looks the same over all. Just as one that’s “almost ready”. I know that there are going to be differences amongst strains but generally speaking it’s the same. Right?

If enough people that have good grows/harvests post pics, it should create kind of a reference library so that we can show personal preference that’s still in range as well as textbook

thanks man. It still has probably 3-4 weeks

I'm waiting for beans I've never grown before, also looking for resources, could find some grow journals out of the forum.
But writing a journal from seed to harvest of a single strain is a great way to contribute to this community.

I get what your looking for, I really do. But there is a search function on this site... Members like myself have had to such that tool for eons, Ive been a member on this site since 2009. That's damn near 15 years of research, asking questions, getting feedback, etc...

That's the journey man

I don’t have an issue with using the search. My sleep pattern will attest to that lol. Just figured it might help. But people like using the same processes so I’ll leave it alone. This post was to help people not have to say the same damn thing over and over lol. But as was said before, the clocks have to be beneficial to the site.

I think it's a good idea.

But its take someone to take the lead and others to follow and then if it becomes popular enough we can try and get it stickied
