Just changed my reservoir water and added some new nutes and a 3rd airstone, can some nutrients make the water have large amounts of bubbles sitting on top of water and net cups?

OK just checked my water again, it still has alot of bubbles with nutrient film on them, water smells ok. Is it because of the nutes I used? I used 1/4 recommend of Ionics grow, 1/8 of Nitrozime, greenfuse root stimulator, and fossil fuel. My water is at 68.7 degrees, ph 5.8, ppm 436. Lights under canopy 77 degrees, humidity 51%. Clones are 3 weeks old. 14 gal. reservoir with 3 micro-pore oxygen diffusers and a commercial grade air pump(active aqua) 45 liters per min. Doing DWC with 2 plants.
