Bubbleponics Pump and Feeder Tubes

Well my plants are harvested and all is well. Now onto my next grow. I invested in a 1000 watt MH/HPS.
I've never used MH bulbs before. I always vegged with CFLs at 24/0.
Is 24/0 good with MH? 18/6 better?
How hot do they get?
Do you think 1000 watts in a 4x4x6.5 foot tent is enough for 15 plants?

I haven't weighed anything yet, I'm waiting so I can get a dry weight maybe 4 more days. But my estimate puts it in between 4 or 5 ounces.

Yes, first time for hydro and I have to say I'm very impressed. I plan to continue using this system. I'm adding a second resevoir and a five gallon bucket next time.

It's strange without any climate control equipment they grew with correct humidity the whole time. In veg it was 60-70%, in flower 30-40%, and when drying the humidity was at 20%
Drying took less time than I thought. I was thinking 7 days but here after 3 days the buds are crispy enough for me to put in jars.
The bud is smokable and it is good smoke and will get much better smelling and tasting during the cure.
Now if I can just stay out of it long enough for it to cure I might actually notice the difference curing makes instead of smoking on it thoroughout the cure.
I took some pics before I cut them down and after I put them in jars.
I plan on letting them sweat it out overnight in the jars then I'll get a weight on what I have.

Just a side note about harvest time. When I cut the trim leaves off some hash remains on the scissors.
When finished manicuring I scraped the "goo" off with a knife and put it on top of a little mid-grade weed. Smoke it up, very tasty, very nice buzz, and a wonderful reward for 7 hours straight manicuring.

All the trim leaves with crystals on them I boiled in a crock-pot with 4 cups of water and 2 sticks of butter. 3 hours on high and 3 hours on low per the rollitup FAQ. Stirring every half hour or so.
I used the permanent coffe filter I picked up at wal-mart for 3 dollars and strained the liquid from the plant matter into a plastic cup. I placed it in the fridge and next morning the butter has risen and became solid. I popped the butter out of the cup rinsed it off and used it in a simple chocolate chip coookie recipe.
My cookie dough made 3 dozen delicious cookies. I've had 5 so far today and I'm feeling just great.
It's good fun in the kitchen, the plant just keeps on giving. I'm looking forward to trying the "hash oil" from the fan leaves after they dry some. I got my new blender and some iso-alcohol waiting.

Yeah that's what I want to see, how curing makes it better.
Now my buds were crispy yesterday when I jarred them. This morning they were kinda wet again so I left the lids off the jars for a while.
I weighed the buds and they may be a little wet still and I'm sure I will lose some weight during the cure but the total weight is 281 grams or 10 ounces.

not tryin to jack your thread or nothin but quick ques. do you know if autoflower strains are good for this system?

I don't know much about auto-flower, I've never grown them. I would say this system works excellent with indica or indica dominant strains. I wouldn't try a sativa in this system, I'm not saying you couldn't grow sativa in this system, for me that's just not practical.
