bubbleponics 400w grow box help

hey i have a stealth bubble ponics grow set up in a closet and i have the 400w optional light as well. the light is putting out way more heat than i can counter with air flow. the water is luke warm. should i sell that light and pic up like 2-3 dual spectrum lights? do they really put off as much heat as i heard?? basicly just trying to cool the room down any help would be great. also what should i ask for the light if i decide to sell it for smaller ones?

first of all welcome to RIU.com i have a question is there any way that you can drag cool air via a small air duct with an inline fan?

i actually have a 200cfm inline fan and ducting ran directly into the box from a nearby room, just not enough air for the heat the lights putting out it seems. also have same size fan and ducting heading out the window

does anybody know how to post in the classified section? sorry if i missed it mods i looked through the rules. picked up some low heat lights
