Bubble Hash!!!

We have made it both ways...didn't matter much either way. I would advise only using three bags....a 300 micron for a work bag, 180 micron for the 1st catch and a 25 micron for a second catch. If you want to use all the bags once to see what you get in each bag, be my guest. We have found that the matter caught in the 180 is OK and would catch everything above 180. We found that the best matter was collected by the 45 micron bag...so we figured we'd use the very slow-draining 25 micron bag to catch everything below 180. We also use a ladder and suspension so the 25 micron can drain into the bucket.
You might try making tea from the drainage.
Anyway, that's how we do it.
Good luck!

it doesnt matter if its dry or wet, but i would recommend freezing it 24 hours before you use it.

I guess you can do it either way. I just bought an 8 bag set. The more bags you use, the more specific your results will be... the more grades you can divide your hash into. If you only use 3 bags you only get 2 results: 300 to 180 and 180 to 25.

yeah, a lot of people just blend all of their bags anyways, like i do, so personally i have 4 bags, but it wouldnt really matter at all if i switched to three.

Like I said, try 'em all first. I found that some results were so small that 3 bags was all we needed. My bags are, 400, 300, 250, 180, 110, 45, 25, and 15 microns. Soaking the mess until it's waterlogged is a good idea, too.
You'll figure it out :)

The reason for asking was I just harvested my Mkage and Lemon Skunk and I didn't know if I just absolutely had to wait for the trim to be dry. All the video's I watch on Youtube says their trim is dry but they never say if it really matters or not.

Well I did it and it was a complete success. The first round I did 5 bags and the second I did all but the 180 and the third time I just did the 73 and it was a huge success. Thanks a million for all your help guys. If you were here I would let you try some of this Lemon Skunk Hash...............NICE!!!!!!!!!! Once again thanks guys.

Like mentioned, just soak material for 15-20 mins before agaitation...this will rehydrate the material making the glands ready for extraction :)

wtf no. rehydrate the gland, LoooooooooooooooooL.

this is how i found the BEST result; hash so potent you only need one drag, hash so pure that you MUST chill or freeze it in order to handle it (at room temp it just wants to stick to everything.)

bags used: Prep bag 5gal, 180 micron 1gal as secondary hair/plant material/etc filter, 45 micron 1gal as FINAL collection bag. (that's right, i don't screen the 25 micron) I have made three runs, but prefer to only make two runs. run 2 will produce about half of run 1, run 3 will produce about half of run 2.

trim product goes in the freezer immediately after trimming, NO DRYing. THE BIG SECRET ---> HAND MIX with a drywall style mud paddle. Yup, that's right; i've tried every power tool imaginable from low rpm to 8,000 rpm. Beating up the plant trim releases plant material and crap in to the hash; JUNK. slow mixing by hand for about 15 min gave me BETTER results then ANY power tool. Good luck bro.

*if you find the 45 micron bag to be draining slow you can tap it with your hand from the bottom to help mix up the hash and allow water to easily drain; water is cold and your hand will b freezing in 20+ seconds.
