You can just use ISO. The stuff good enough for electronics cleaning is best. I think Walmart sells it by the gallon online, as least in Canada they do. It's kinda expensive, but not as expensive as acetone.

A few tips about running bubble from a master hash maker....
1. Use fresh solid home made ice from an big old ice tray; no store bought ice that will melt right away. You want it to last as long as possible.
2. Be gentle...cold makes trichome heads fall. Hard stirring will cause a lot of trash to fall into the bags. Machines work well because of this; they slosh the material around instead of beating it.
3. Use only as much water as is needed to loosen the material. Should be just fluid enough to spin around. More ice than water; kind of like a giant slushy. It will loosen up even more as it melts.
4. Cool down the water by melting ice in it in a bucket before using it. I buy ice from the gas station only for this...it is easily crushed into small shards by throwing it on pavement and melts away in seconds.
5. Insulate your bucket or washer; I use bubble wrap and tape. Makes the ice last longer.
6. Use ALL the bags. Yes you can make some shitty hash with just 3 bags but it will be real dirty. Get the full 8 bag set...

Thanks. I’m reading to put the ice into the 220 washer bag. And ice into the machine. I think it said 7 lbs of ice per 5 gallon. Good tip on home made ice. I’ll be shopping for more trays now that I can make it outside.

Fits my plan already. And matches the best info I have found. Been rotating 12 ice trays into the deep freeze for 2 weeks. Pile is almost big enough. Come strong or go home sad. Thank you for time and help. Elusive as you are. LOL.
Now to find some rosin experts. I got the tools or they are in the mail. Need to help a thyroid patient. Can't inhale my sift anymore. And I get to play. Peace.

Just eyeball it. Fill it up about half way with ice, then your zipper bag, toss in the weed, a bit more ice inside the bag, then zip it up. Usually need to add a bit more ice on top to get the bag down into the water but you want it about 2/3 to 3/4 full of ice with your material added. Splash in the cold water a little at a time with a cup or something until it is just loose enough for the machine to spin it around. Perfecto
I always do it outside in late fall here in eastern Ontario. The hose water is really colder too this time of year if you're on municipal water. I spray rinse the shit out of my trichomes. I do it on the deck using a Frenchy style cut-off nested bucket column. No worry about where the water goes.
The cooler temperatures outside when near freezing will make your bags last so many more runs without ISO cleaning. And your ice will last a crazy long time which means you buy less of them.

Yes. I spray with ice cold water and wipe with 99% isopropyl alcohol.
I take my backyard hose and spray the shit out of what's in the bag, agitating all the trichomes with the hard spray of cold water.
You should do this until you dont see any foam or bubbles in the bag while draining. It should be trichomes and clear water.

Kinda still unclear. Your talking about the micron bags that are all still piled together in a 5 g bucket? I’ve seen in videos where they spray ea bag as they lift it out. Is this what you mean?

If you do it quick enough you can get away with just rinsing the bags with cold water after you are done. Alcohol cleaning is optional.
You can rinse everything down inside the bucket/washer to be sure you get it all but I don’t...most of it comes out with two washes but if you want to be sure you get it all you could rinse it out into the bags with everything else.
I learned a lot watching Bubblemans bag technique, even though he’s kind of a douche.
When you make hash from organically grown bud you notice the difference in the quality of the trichome. This is why we do all this shit.

I do the Frenchy Cannoli method of using only one bucket per bag. I cut the bottom section of all the buckets off, and nest them - one inside the other each lined with a bag so that the distance between one bag and the one below is at least 4".
I put my washing machine on my patio table in the backyard and drain it into my column of buckets sitting directly on my deck.
But basically what I do is exactly like this, including the spraying! Lol

I do a serious H2O2 wash and a double rinse outdoors. My materials are clean before I hang them.
I dont bother hanging or drying outdoor plants. I only harvest trichomes from them. If I had pathogens infect my plants outdoors in flower, I'd just throw them out.
But in any case, I spray and rinse my bags like Frenchy does for my indoor stuff, which is what I mostly grow. The spraying isn't to "clean off" PM and atmospheric pollution. Lol
