Bubble hash drying with humidor or wine cooler?

Hey guys I can't really cough up the money for a dry freezer. Has any used a humidor or awine cooler?

I want to use a buichner funnel and vacuum pump to get most of the water out. But I was wondering if using a wine cooler or humidor would help?
