Bubble bags. Hash makers question

Cordless drill might be ok for small batches but a plastic camp washer machine is awesome for it.

What I do is freeze my fresh bud then pack it lightly into vac bag and take out the air but don’t compress it then seal. Then freeze it.
Then when the bud and larf etc is properly frozen I take the vac bag and put it on my tile floor and tap the buds gently with a rubber mallet to make them explode.
Then I pour the exploded flowers into the 220 zipper bag to go into the ice wash.
I do three fifteen minute cycles per bag. After each cycle dump the water through another 220 bag and dump through the 45 to collect.
I have a couple of 45 bags so one can be in use and one can be in the freezer freezing each batch so it can be removed from the bag cleanly.

that’s the easiest way I have found.

Yeah I also started with a set of bags but I soon realised that the multi bag sets is more to make money for the seller more than it helps the buyer.
Using five or more bags is a total toss off unless you want to stuff around with different grades of ‘full melt’.
The 25 bag is useless.
That’s why I just got a couple of 45’s.

Discovering the freezing with vac bags and then exploding the frozen flowers and pouring into the zip220 bags changed my game up in a big way. With the right strain the results are soo satisfying.

Maybe but 25 is green shit and draining the bag is a pain. So slow and ultimately pointless.
When you have a good hash making strain and you grow it well the heads are over 45.
The 25 bag catches nothing good in my experience.
When you compare the 25 (greenish shit) and 45 (gold) it is easy to toss what the 25 caught.

I once thought that 25 might be good for edibles and even bought a jumbo bin size 25 bag so I could maximise drainage. It was a waste of time.

Full mesh, or just mesh bottom?

Are 8 bags necessary, or can I go 5?

For mixing I have a cordless drill and a paint mixer bit, is this too agressive?
