Bubble bags: gooey vs keif? what is going on?

so i am basically wondering why my bags now only produce a gooey, silly puddy like hash and not powdery keif like hash?

here is the story:

i got the bags in 09 after my first outdoor medical garden. grew some permafrost and turned half of it into bubble hash as it was not great smoke in flower form (leafy). the hash was light as beach sand and crumbles as you break it apart. if i didnt press it, i would of had keif powder. got great yields (~10-13%). used 220, 120, 74 and 20. the 120 and 74 were very similar and i ended up not being able to tell a significant difference.

i cleaned the bags with iso, dried them

the next year(2010) i grew some agent orange and chernobyl outdoor. i hashed up the all the trim and popcorn nugs. got dark, gooey, silly puddy like hash. didnt have to press it to get it to stay together. very low yields ~5%. (yields could have been because of stirring methods used). but still the has was very different, blew it off due to different strains. even my winter (2011-2012) indoor crops of AO, Chernobyl, Qrazy train, and dairy queen came out dark and gooey too. used the 220 and 74 only since that bag was getting the best results/yield.

i had about 7oz of permafrost stored away in jars for a rainy day. so last week i decided to turn it into bubble. i froze it and broke up the buds just like i did in 2009. got about 10% yield, but now its dark gooey hash again. used just the 220 and 74. cleaned the bags with grain alcohol, dried them. all the same processes have been used.

i can only come up with 2 scenarios that would be preventing me from getting that light, loose keif like hash again.
1) i cleaned the bags with alcohol after the first run?
2) since i am not using the 120 bag, just the 74?

or is it something else?

can anyone help me out here
should i get new bags? are these ruined? or do i need to bring the 120 bag back into the process?
i love the loose keif i use to get with my bags

thanks for listening.

hi... I am not in the hash game yet... my bags are showing up in the mail tomorrow. check out this video from gorge cervantes:

I guess gooey or oily hash could mean you are breaking up your resin glands too much?

i def changed my stir method from blender/mixer to metal spoon hand mixing and not using the 120 bag might have been the changes as to why i got different consistencies from the same plant.
