Bubble bag wash, what to do?

After making bubble hash, and sometimes during, I wash out the bags with 91% isopropyl alcohol. I decided to evaporate the alcohol off and see what was there. I have a little over 2 grams of a very oily, albeit a little dark, extract. I have a couple of questions to ask for help with.
1. After scraping it up and letting it sit for a couple of days I went over the top of it with a torch and it snapped, crackled, and popped. Is this from water or iso still being trapped in the oil? If it is either how can I purge it without a vacuum setup.
2. I was thinking about decarbing and using to make edibles. How will the iso effect the taste?

A little more info.
The alcohol has been sitting in a pyrex bowl, at room temp, with a lid since spring. It is from washing multiple strains. I noticed some solids at the bottom of the bowl so before evaporating the alcohol off I first filtered everything through my 25u drying screen and pulled out about 1\2 gram of solids (should have winterized then but didn't). Alcohol was evaporated at room temp under a window with a fan blowing out. For the 2 days that it has been sitting it was spread thinly on parchment paper and left at room temp.

Well, I let it sit for 10 days, spread as thin as possible on parchment paper, and then I decarbed in a convection oven@ 200 degrees for 30 minutes. The wife made Jolly Rancher copycats 19 cherry and 19 watermelon with 1gm dissolved in 1 oz Everclear poured in each batch. Best guess is around 25 mg per candy. Taste great and do the job nicely.
