1. yes i do realize that. I've grown many many strains over the years ....the thing about most of the strains out there (even the ones you listed) are clone only usually and the way most people have replicated to get their seeds is either silver collider (a hormone that causes females to hermie, which is bad because your causing a mess up in otherwise clean genetics causing plants that aren't supposed to hermie to hermie..bad news, but most breeders do this i.e. cali conn, greenhouse etc....)..........
2. Most people who consider those staples got them as clones and didn't grow them from seed, and those who did phono hunted....
3. I understand what the real deal is....most of today's hype strains are polyhybrids that aren't usually tested and most people get hermies from them as quoted above earlier...if you want quality strains, my advice is to pheno hunt and/or if you care enough about genetics, do your research go to where it came from and go get it like anyone who wants anything would do....
TW is clone only
OG Kush is clone only
Blue Dream, Clone only
Jack Herer, sensi seeds has the original in seed form cuz they invented is, its 260 usd..originals aren't cheap in seeds

@ykblaster2k: as far as strains I recommend, it really depends on what your looking for. in my garden currently, I run Ace of Spades from TGA (seeds were free, found a winner in 5), DNA Genetic's Tangie, ran 12 seeds to find my pheno (its my display pic)...I also run a Thin Mint Cookies I got as a present from a guy who claims the clone was $750 at a medical auction (i believe him)...as well as I am running Harlequin which is from local collective Fweedom..it took HTCC 2013 Seattle 1st place for CBD flower
