Browny black trichomes

I had some sugar leaves dying on my bud and looking with a microscope there's some brown trichomes on the leaves. none at all on bud any ideas why here's some pics.They're not very clear might have to zoom in though you should be able see the brown tips

Trics do turn an amber colour as they get past peak potency I think. Are you sure that's not just a reflection ? I've never even heard of black Trics. Sorry dude

Well I thought that because when I was moving my head around they seemed to disappear so I clipped little leaf off and checked under no light and they're still there but only on dying sugar leaves

Hmm the rest of the buds trichomes are clear it's just appearing on these sugar leaves that are yellowing up not one sign on any other sugar leaves

I have done mate been checking daily for bud rot because of sugar leaf yellowing.they're still clear all of the buds every single one except the yellowing sugar leaves which are on multiple buds. all have these brown tips on trichomes maybe it's dead because the dying leaf shes 6 weeks in 8 week flowering time ?

Amber trichs are mature and provide a couch lock body stone

Clear trichs are pre mature

Milky trichs are mature and provide a heady high

Trichs showing dark dark brown or black means thc is breaking down and degrading.

Are you sure this is not a piece of hair? pretty sure looks like it to me.

LMFAO...You diagnosed it yourself...the leaf is dying, so everything on it is going to die, look to the center newer growth to determine what the trichs look like, I don't even use my loupe too much anymore, once the leaves really start turning yellow and she won't drink as much as she used to, all the pistils (lil hairs) are all receded and your calyxes have swollen........she's done....peace bro.
